  • We start by updating our list of your organization's competition in the specific target location.
  • Writing complex keywords and Boolean searches, we cast a net in a certain mile radius using extensive modern and traditional tools and methods.
  • A long list of possible candidates is compiled and then systematically and discerningly, narrowed down to individuals who have the specific number experience required, longevity with their current and past employers, and minimum education qualifications.
  • We then target recruit each person individually, customizing the way in which we reach out, inform, and educate about the opportunity.
  • Our goal is to receive responses on the first try, but we don’t give up if not. We try another 3 to 5 times using multiple communication techniques and channels.
  • Of the individuals who reply with interest, depending on whether the position is confidential or open, we will share additional information about the opportunity.
  • If there is still interest after the company name has been disclosed, we then take them through a more in-depth vetting process to determine motivators, required experience, including personality fit for your existing corporate culture, etc.
  • Discuss compensation requirements.
