Offer Negotiations Support
Meet to review pending or formal offer(s) to consider start date, salary, bonuses, commissions, LTI, stock options, equity, severance packages, vacation time, work-from-home options, fringe benefits, etc.
Weekly Touch-Points
Regular, shorter structured sessions provide actionable insights and personalized guidance. Between meetings, you’ll complete assignments that encourage self-reflection and strategic action. These are usually 20-30 minute calls.
