Position Summary


As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for driving revenue from new customers.  You will serve as a brand advocate and representative for the company by constantly striving for excellence, demonstrating professionalism and promoting our core values.

Fundamental Components


  • Define, implement and execute on a repeatable sales process for taking a prospect to the implementation handoff.

  • Identify prospective customers within targeted segments and prioritize engagement based on maximizing profitable growth.

  • Understand the goals and challenges of prospects and position viable solutions to their needs.

  • Demonstrate capabilities of the platform and provide consultative direction based on the customer’s needs.

  • Prepare and manage proposals, quotes, and contracts for prospective customers.

  • Accurately forecast and provide visibility into the sales pipeline.

  • Meet or exceed quarterly new business sales goals.

Required Skills & Experience


  • 5+ Years in hospitality sales to the restaurant industry; technology focus preferred

  • Solution selling

  • Pipeline building, forecasting and planning

  • Communicating for impact

  • Leveraging technology
