Job Summary:
The Senior UX Designer is a thought leader that will collaborate and work closely with the Creative Director, our clients, the project manager, the designers, and the developers. You will not only be conceptual, you will be designing user interfaces, creating wireframes, and engaging in user testing/research. This work will involve gathering input from a variety of sources and synthesizing that input into appropriate, functional, and buildable features to meet a variety of needs.

You will not only be conceptual, you will be designing user interfaces, creating wireframes, and engaging in user testing/research. This work will involve gathering input from a variety of sources and synthesizing that input into appropriate, functional, and buildable features to meet a variety of needs.
This is a full-time position.
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop user flows and wireframes from initial information architecture
- This position will sometimes require you to create clickable prototypes, state change diagrams and content distribution models
- Develop graphic solutions for user experience needs that span a variety of devices: touch, keyboard/mouse, mobile and traditional
- Work to develop and maintain product graphic standards
- Work effectively on a number of projects at any given time
Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrate skill in both design and user experience to make complicated and complex tasks simple and easy to use
- Have the ability to develop an end to end knowledge of the entire development process
- Understanding and experience with integrating user research design into the wireframes and prototypes
- Highly developed people skills – the ability to collaborate across groups with diverse specialties, and the ability to connect and work with users in a one on one environment.
- Versatile skill set – the ability to create complex workflows for a variety of platforms, and using design to apply that workflow.
- Writing skills – the ability to create concise written description of features and processes for our design team, development team, and for our clients
- We want a true creative – someone that isn’t afraid to invent, get messy, and try out a few things and test them to see how they work
- Have the ability to both solicit and take constructive feedback from every person on the team (including our clients, junior resources, and team members with absolutely no design skill).
- Someone who is humble and free of ego will fit in great with our team and within our culture
- Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, HTML5 / CSS3 / JavaScript, and Bootstrap
Minimum Requirements:
- 6+ years experience in graphic design, with at least 3+ years experience in user experience for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Experience with standard prototyping and design tools
- A portfolio demonstrating your skills
- Excellent writing, communication, and reporting skills
Required experience:
- Web Design, UX/UI: 5 years
